Computing and Internet Access

Our library has 4 computers available for public use.

  • Three are connected to the internet and are available for use by patrons and community members.  There is no charge for the public to use the internet connection; however, we require users to sign a disclaimer card to have access.  Individuals under the age of 18 must have a parent or guardian come to the library to sign a permission card or have a parent or guardian present to access the internet.
  • One machine is available in the Easy Readers Section, and it is NOT connected to the internet.  It is intended for use by those under the age of 10 and has a rotating selection of age-appropriate games available to play.

Our library's internet access is provided by OPLIN (the Ohio Public Library Information Network).  Please remember that the internet access available at Bliss Library is a public resource, to be shared by the community and to be respected by individuals who use it.  Click the link below to find a copy of our current Internet Use Policy.

Computer privileges will be suspended if overdue fines accrue on your account.  No computer use until fines are paid.
